Dear guests!
Welcome to our apartment.
To ensure that all guests find a pleasant apartment, we ask you to observe the following house rules. By booking or moving into our apartment you accept the house rules.
General:
If there is anything missing from the furniture and inventory, you need help, please inform us immediately. We will gladly help you further.
Non smoking apartment:
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or in the whole house. It is possible to smoke on the terrace and use the ashtray provided for this purpose.
Cleaning:
Please empty the fridge and turn it off before you leave. Please note that the dishes are only put back into the cupboards if they are clean. The same applies to cutlery, pots and appliances (coffee machine, kettle…) Do not throw or pour any waste, food leftovers, hygiene articles, fats or other dangerous liquids into sinks, washbasins, showers, toilets, as this can lead to unpleasant blockages. Please do not enter the apartment with mountain boots or ski boots, With clean and dry street shoes you are welcome to go to the apartment.
Dogs/pets:
Pets are allowed!
However, dogs must not be left alone in the apartment!
Rest periods:
In the spirit of good neighborliness we ask you to keep the night rest from 22:00 to 7:00 o’clock.
Key:
Please do not give your keys to outsiders. If the keys are lost, the tenant is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs.
Liability:
Parents are liable for their children. We do not accept liability for valuables brought along and accidents. Please also make sure that all lights are switched off when leaving the apartment – the environment and the landlord are grateful for this!
Duty of care:
The lessee must treat the rental object with care and ensure that his fellow travellers also comply with the rental conditions. Nobody intentionally damages things, but it can happen to everyone that something gets broken. We would be pleased if you would inform us about the damage and if we would not have to wait until after your departure to find out about it during the final cleaning. The tenant is liable for damages in the amount of the replacement costs. Experience shows that such defects are covered by your household insurance.
Waste:
Please separate the garbage in the containers provided and dispose of it properly (container labelled)

- glas
- aluminum
In case of improper disposal, an additional 50 Euro will be charged at the final settlement!
